Do you take GBP/EURO/AUD/CAD/SGD etc currency?
No, we only take USD at the moment but you can use the currency swifter (on the top right corner) to check how much would be in your local currency.
- You can pay USD with your local paypal and credit card when check out and Paypal/credit will automatically help you convert into USD. Note: There will be 2-3% extra conversion fee from paypal or credit card.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Please Note that if not quality problem the CUSTOM MADE items are not able to return or exchange!

You can return and exchange as long as you bear the international shipping if you just simply doesn't like it :) We are happy to exchange for you, NO QUESTION ASKED
We will ship a new items FOR FREE if there is a quality problem or (usually not happen as we check every single item before we ship!)

How long will it take to receive my order?
For non-custom made items, we need 3-5 days to process.
- For custom made items, it will take up to each items time cost (please read the related items description) from 1-4 weeks

Will I hit custom taxes if i buy from you?
Sorry we are not able to control that. According to our experience, only 0.03% package got taxes hit out of 10000 packages (We've been in the market since 2009).
